PA INCENTIVE CHANGES -2/1/2010
The FHA down payment of $100 will be discontinued as of our listings on February 12, 2010. Therefore, any properties listed and/or bids accepted as of that date will not be eligible for either the $100 down (for FHA financed properties) and the $2500 owner occupant incentive will no longer be available for any properties sold to owner occupants in the state of Pennsylvania. A $500 Broker Bonus will be offered for all OWNER OCCUPANT purchased properties that close on or before the 45th day of the sales contract.
